Chicago Portagers Hire Jake Wagner as Team Manager

The Chicago Portagers are proud to welcome Jake Wagner as the new team manager for the upcoming season. An aspiring high school physical education teacher with endorsements in history, health, and ESL education, Jake is entering his final year at Illinois State University. His extensive background in lacrosse, with seven years of playing experience at Palatine High School and three summers as an assistant coach there, brings valuable insights and leadership to the Portagers. Additionally, Jake has honed his management skills as the ULAX Northbrook Summer League Manager for the past three summers.

Jake's passion for sports education and his hands-on experience in coaching and league management make him a perfect fit for the Portagers. "I'm thrilled to join the Chicago Portagers and contribute to such a dynamic and talented team," Jake said. "Lacrosse has been a significant part of my life, and I'm excited to bring my experience and energy to help the Portagers achieve their goals this season."
