Portagers Training Camp on 6/7

Palatine, IL – The Chicago Portagers are gearing up for the upcoming American Lacrosse League season, and aspiring players have a golden opportunity to join their ranks this Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM CDT. The Portagers will be holding a free training camp for all interested athletes.

This is your chance to showcase your skills and potentially earn a spot on the Portagers roster. The session will take place at Salt Creek Sports Center, located at 647 S Consumers Ave, Palatine, IL 60074. Players are reminded to bring appropriate footwear for a sport court surface.

"We're excited to see the talent that comes out this weekend," says a representative from the Portagers. "This is a fantastic opportunity for players to experience the high level of competition in the American Lacrosse League and see what it takes to be a Portager."

All participants should come prepared with all necessary lacrosse gear, including helmets, sticks, and water bottles. To help players stay energized and hydrated, PRIME electrolyte and energy beverages will be available on-site.
